This hotel suits me perfectly, providing fast wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how staff helped me with my bags on my first visit. Highly recommend for a great stay. I’m coming back for Christmas!

The staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond when I needed help with a malfunctioning light in my room. The breakfast selection blew my mind-fresh pastries and plenty of fruits, it was a solid start to my day.

The spacious Standard Twin Room featured very good bathroom facilities, ideal for friends sharing. The hotel’s central location offered easy access to markets and shopping, enhancing our experience. However, while breakfast was satisfactory, it didn’t quite meet 3-star standards.

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel near the theater. it’s located on a quiet street, perfect for accessing museums, theaters, and fashion shops! the staff was super nice, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. plus, we enjoyed the free sauna, which was a lovely bonus.

Oh, the Belgian waffles! Crispy, sweet, and sinfully good, especially at nearby Graanmarkt 13. Plus, the spot had a perfect location—everything you want to see is a stroll away, and the spacious room was a cozy retreat after a long day.

But I had a few squish and itch moments with pesky mosquitoes making themselves at home, even though I didn’t crack a window. Plus, the AC didn’t keep it cool enough. Nevertheless, the vibes were strong in this quaint joint!

I stayed at the Theater hotel for two nights. The location is fantastic, right near the cultural heart of Antwerp. The room was spacious and clean, really comfortable for a couple. I loved the large windows that let in tons of daylight. Breakfast had a nice variety, but not all items were high quality. The pastries weren't great, and the bacon was a bit disappointing. I had hoped for some fresh options instead. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. On the downside, the bathroom needed attention. the lighting was poor, and the shower lacked pressure. I mentioned it to the front desk, but the response didn’t feel very proactive. I enjoy a good hotel experience, and while I appreciated some aspects, the maintenance issues could use improvement.
